Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Technology Specialist to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients and vendors on system implementations and updates
  • Build out benefit plans and manage system update timelines
  • Provide EDI feed updates and assist in resolving discrepancies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Valid Life and Health License is required
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in the Insurance/Employee Benefits industry preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of applicable job experience required
  • Experience with Benefit Administration Systems is preferred
  • Proven track record in customer service
