Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients and vendors on system implementations and updates
- Build out benefit plans and manage system update timelines
- Provide EDI feed updates and assist in resolving discrepancies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Valid Life and Health License is required
- 1 - 3 years of experience in the Insurance/Employee Benefits industry preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of applicable job experience required
- Experience with Benefit Administration Systems is preferred
- Proven track record in customer service
