Job Summary

Managing new hire scheduling and counselor communications, the full-time remote New Hire Scheduling & Counselor Communication Lead will oversee the coordination of counselor enrollments, manage scheduling preferences, and ensure effective communication between counselors and client employees.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate counselor scheduling needs and manage time-off requests to ensure adequate coverage for new hire enrollments
• Lead communications related to counselor enrollments, ensuring timely and efficient service for client employees
• Analyze scheduling data to improve processes and support counselors in maintaining productivity during perpetual enrollments

Required qualifications

• Current and active life and health license in the resident state
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Three years of related group enrollment experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions that align with company goals
