Life and Health Licensed Manager

Job Summary

Driving revenue and growing membership in Specialty programs, the full-time remote Life and Health Licensed Manager will oversee Medical Stop Loss Insurance, manage staff, and collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to achieve financial performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach staff on performance, development, and project priorities
• Lead the development and implementation of Specialty business strategies to enhance market offerings
• Identify and pursue new market growth opportunities while supporting sales and renewal activities for specialty products

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of sales or specialty product experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Life and Health License preferred
• Thorough knowledge of health/life insurance requirements and market conditions
• Experience with Stop Loss underwriting and proposal development is beneficial
