Job Summary
Supporting client representatives and individual members, the full-time Life and Health Licensed Member Advocate will manage inquiries related to employee benefits, conduct research to resolve issues, and collaborate with service teams while working onsite or remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and perform outreach to build rapport with clients and members regarding their questions and issues
- Conduct research to identify issues and collaborate with providers and insurance carriers for resolution
- Log member conversations and assist with client onboarding to set expectations for service capabilities
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a service or call center role
- Working knowledge of employee benefits and the insurance industry
- Current life and health license preferred
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally in both written and oral forms
