Job Summary
Supporting client relationships, the full-time Life and Health Licensed Member Advocate will handle incoming calls, conduct outreach, and resolve member inquiries while collaborating with the service team in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and perform outreach to build rapport with client representatives and individual members
- Conduct research to identify issues and communicate with providers, insurance carriers, and plan administrators
- Log and document member conversations, follow-ups, and resolutions while collaborating with service team members
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a service or call center capacity
- Working knowledge of employee benefits and the insurance industry
- Current life and health license preferred
- Ability to read and interpret insurance contracts and plan documents
