Job Summary

Supporting client relationships, the full-time Life and Health Licensed Member Advocate will handle incoming calls, conduct outreach, and resolve member inquiries while collaborating with the service team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and perform outreach to build rapport with client representatives and individual members
  • Conduct research to identify issues and communicate with providers, insurance carriers, and plan administrators
  • Log and document member conversations, follow-ups, and resolutions while collaborating with service team members
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a service or call center capacity
  • Working knowledge of employee benefits and the insurance industry
  • Current life and health license preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret insurance contracts and plan documents
