Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor of Inside Sales (Telesales) to manage daily operations of the Medicare Inside Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the Medicare Inside Sales Team
- Monitor and record production and quality metrics for the team
- Assist staff in resolving issues reported by prospective members and other departments
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- Prior successful inside telesales experience
- Experience with SalesForce.com and Microsoft Office
- 3 - 5 years of customer service experience
- 1 - 2 years of call center experience
