Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service/Plan Manager, Disability & LTC Insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and provide administration and support for supplemental disability and long-term care insurance benefits
  • Coordinate annual enrollment campaigns and analyze client census data for eligible executive populations
  • Collaborate with sales and IT teams to ensure accurate quotes and create sales presentations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-3 years of account servicing or corporate-level customer service experience required
  • Experience with disability and long-term care products preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
  • Life and Health license with Long Term Care preferred or to be obtained within six months of employment
