Life Annuities Associate Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life & Annuities Associate Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as case-level point-of-contact and Subject Matter Expert on pending annuities business
• Thoroughly review applications and accompanying documents for accuracy and identify any issues
• Process basic and intermediate transactions, handle concerns, and provide superior customer service

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in Life Insurance Case Management
• Proven experience in Life Insurance servicing and Case Management & New Business processing
• Ability to think critically, problem solve, and prioritize work effectively
• Positive, inclusive, agile, and collaborative mindset
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelors degree preferred
