Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life Case Manager (PLADS).

Key Responsibilities

• Process new and ongoing Life and Accidental Death claims accurately and in a timely manner
• Document claim activity thoroughly and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational standards
• Provide professional customer service and collaborate with internal partners to support workflow efficiency

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0 - 2 years of group insurance claims experience (Life and Accidental Death)
• Demonstrated proficiency in life insurance products or group benefits
• Familiarity with claim management concepts and medical terminology
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
