Life Claims Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life Claims Analyst to provide expertise in reviewing and processing Life claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and render determinations on Life claims
• Maintain communication within ERISA standards during the claim review and investigation process
• Adjudicate Life claims, averaging 50 claims weekly, in accordance with policies and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, including claims processing
• 2+ years of recent experience in end-to-end life insurance claims processing
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new systems
