Job Summary

Delivering accurate and timely claim assessments, the full-time remote Life Claims Analyst will evaluate complex life insurance claims, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities
  • Evaluate and process complex life insurance claims by analyzing medical records and supporting documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and written correspondence, resolving inquiries and handling escalated issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity
Required qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgment in decision-making
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with computer systems
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Must have access to high-speed internet and be located in the United States or Puerto Rico
