Job Summary

Delivering accurate and timely claim assessments, the full-time remote Life Claims Analyst will evaluate complex life insurance claims, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and process complex life insurance claims by analyzing medical records and supporting documentation to determine payment or denial decisions
• Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, resolving inquiries and handling escalated issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations while maintaining high levels of accuracy, productivity, and quality

Required qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting, maintaining strong interpersonal relationships
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
