Life Claims Analyst
Job Summary
Providing expertise in claims processing, the full-time Life Claims Analyst will review, investigate, and adjudicate Life claims while working remotely across the U.S., ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Review and render determinations on Life claims
- Initiate and maintain communication within ERISA standards throughout the claims process
- Adjudicate an average of 50 Life claims weekly in accordance with policy and regulatory guidelines
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, including claims processing
- 2+ years of recent experience in end-to-end life insurance claims processing
- Proficiency with computer systems and ability to navigate new software
- Flexibility to work full-time (40 hours/week) during normal business hours
