Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life Cycle Services Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer support renewal opportunities within assigned accounts
Consult with account teams and provide enterprise renewals pricing to grow revenue within region
Build relationships with clients, manufacturers, and distributors as an extension of the Account Executives

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of maintenance renewal sales experience preferred
Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks
Strong analytical skills regarding client quotes, reports, manufacturer data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM platforms
Good understanding of Information Technologies is a plus
