Life & Disability Claims Analyst

Job Summary

To support a dynamic claims team, the full-time remote Life & Disability Claims Analyst will manage the adjudication and processing of medical, dental, and vision claims, while also serving as a liaison for internal departments and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Secure and analyze claim information to determine life and disability benefits in accordance with policy provisions and applicable laws
• Calculate benefit payments and communicate decisions on new and continuing claims
• Advise team members on claim processing procedures and handle inquiries according to established guidelines

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of three years of life and/or disability claim administration experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
