Job Summary
As a fully remote opportunity, the Life Enrichment Client Success Manager will manage client accounts in senior living communities, translating engagement data into actionable recommendations to enhance resident and family engagement while maximizing HRIS systems and streamlining operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Translate engagement data into actionable strategies for onsite teams
- Identify early signs of resident isolation to mitigate move-out risks
- Coach teams on enhancing visibility of life enrichment to families and leadership
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, human resources, therapeutic recreation, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in senior living operations or life enrichment
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable plans
- Strong relationship-building skills to foster trust quickly
- Proficiency in Excel and effective written/verbal communication skills
