Job Summary
Managing the self-funded process for assigned clients, the full-time remote Self-Funded Analyst will oversee stop loss and TPA (ASO) marketing processes, project manage the stop loss renewal cycle, and provide daily support to leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the self-funded process for all assigned clients
- Market TPA (ASO) pricing and communicate results and recommendations to field offices
- Develop and maintain relationships with stop loss carriers, TPA partners, and OneDigital consultants
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with a group insurance carrier (TPA), captive, brokerage, or consulting firm
- Working knowledge of group insurance underwriting across self-funded, stop loss, and fully insured plans
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Active Life & Health producer license, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire (company paid)
