Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships and renewals for a portfolio of 200 - 300 clients
• Develop and implement a client consulting model to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational strategies and maintain accurate client records

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a benefits consultant or 5+ years in a supporting role
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world experience
• Licensed for Life & Health insurance
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
