Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Consultant responsible for assisting clients with their benefits administration and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the development, testing, and implementation of new benefit plan designs
  • Support the benefits team and ensure data integrity in benefits information systems
  • Perform benefits analysis and manage client inquiries for effective service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute for degree
  • Life & Health Producer License is required
  • 3+ years of experience in Benefits Services
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Prism HR
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
