A company is looking for a Benefits Consultant to manage customer strategy, service, and retention in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the success and retention of an assigned book of business
• Lead the execution of consulting services for customers, ensuring high-quality results and satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business development and operational improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of benefits consulting experience managing complex client accounts
• Expertise in funding mechanisms and knowledge of large-group regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Life & Health Producer's License
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
