Job Summary

Taking ownership of customer success and retention, the remote Life & Health Benefits Consultant will manage a book of business, lead the execution of consulting services, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality benefit solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the execution of consulting services for assigned customers, ensuring satisfaction and successful outcomes
  • Develop and implement annual account plans tailored to each customer's needs
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic partners while staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
Required qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of benefits consulting or account management experience with a proven track record
  • Strong proficiency in benefits and renewal workflow management
  • Life & Health Producer's License
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
