Job Summary
Taking ownership of customer success and retention, the remote Life & Health Benefits Consultant will manage a book of business, lead the execution of consulting services, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality benefit solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of consulting services for assigned customers, ensuring satisfaction and successful outcomes
- Develop and implement annual account plans tailored to each customer's needs
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic partners while staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of benefits consulting or account management experience with a proven track record
- Strong proficiency in benefits and renewal workflow management
- Life & Health Producer's License
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
