Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of open enrollment events, ensuring compliance and a positive experience for clients and employees
• Supervise and manage field benefit counselors, ensuring performance goals are met in both virtual and onsite settings
• Utilize AI and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency, including forecasting and staffing models

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3-5+ years of experience in high volume enrollment management for employer-sponsored benefit programs
• Experience managing distributed teams in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with digital enrollment platforms, CRM tools, or analytics dashboards
• Minimum of a high school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
