Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Benefit Analyst to support financial analysis related to clients' group benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft accurate market exhibits for quarterly and annual meetings
  • Analyze client utilization reports and identify opportunities for plan design changes
  • Act as lead on RFP process during the annual marketing cycle for select clients
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Math, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
  • Minimum 3+ years of cumulative industry experience
  • Life & Health license required
  • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
