Job Summary

Commission-driven and motivated, the full-time Life & Health Insurance Advisor will manage warm inbound leads and provide unbiased product recommendations while working remotely, with high earning potential and opportunities for career advancement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to real-time, warm inbound pre-screened leads
• Provide unbiased product recommendations by comparison shopping among top A-rated carriers
• Participate in performance-based incentives, including sales contests and award trips

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; telesales experience preferred
• Active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license required
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Job stability with a track record of career progression preferred
• Proficient in technology with the ability to use a proprietary CRM system
