Life & Health Insurance Case Designer
Job Summary
Supporting the annuity sales team, the full-time Annuity Case Designer will provide pre-sales assistance, analyze policy data, and enhance annuity sales while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales support including case design, illustrations, and electronic submissions for the annuity sales team
- Analyze in-force policy data to recommend changes that optimize performance and generate new sales
- Maintain knowledge of annuity products and respond promptly to service requests to meet company service levels
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or significant practical experience with a high school diploma or GED
- Life & Health Insurance License preferred
- Experience with multi-carrier insurance products
- Proficiency in illustration software and familiarity with Salesforce
- 3 or more years of sales/sales support experience in the annuity environment is preferred
