Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Life & Health Insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone to clients
  • Maintain accurate customer service history notes regarding client interactions
  • Process and analyze new business transactions and policy transactions
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or General Education degree (GED)
  • 1-2 years of relevant customer service and/or call center experience
  • Previous experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is highly desired
  • Proficient PC user skills with various computer software programs
  • Bilingual ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking customers is desired but not required
