Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Life & Health Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via phone to clients
- Maintain accurate customer service history notes regarding client interactions
- Process and analyze new business transactions and policy transactions
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or General Education degree (GED)
- 1-2 years of relevant customer service and/or call center experience
- Previous experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is highly desired
- Proficient PC user skills with various computer software programs
- Bilingual ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking customers is desired but not required
