Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Specialist to oversee the onboarding of employee benefit programs for newly acquired clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and direct onboarding strategies, timelines, and risk mitigation plans for assigned clients
• Lead client success meetings and manage the end-to-end onboarding plan, ensuring deliverables are met
• Serve as the primary operational contact for clients during onboarding and facilitate the transition to Account Management teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits brokerage, benefits administration, or implementation roles
• Demonstrated experience leading client onboarding or implementation projects
• Experience advising on benefits administration and platform configuration
• Active Life & Health insurance license preferred
• Strong analytical skills related to client relationship management
