Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Specialist to manage the onboarding of employee benefit programs for newly acquired clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and direct onboarding strategies, timelines, and risk mitigation plans for assigned clients
  • Lead client success meetings, establish agendas, and ensure accountability for outcomes
  • Manage the setup and onboarding of employee benefit programs with carriers and vendors
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits brokerage, benefits administration, or implementation roles
  • Demonstrated experience leading client onboarding or implementation projects
  • Experience advising on benefits administration and platform configuration
  • Active Life & Health insurance license preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and client relationship management experience
