Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Specialist to manage the onboarding of employee benefit programs for newly acquired clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and direct onboarding strategies, timelines, and risk mitigation plans for assigned clients
- Lead client success meetings, establish agendas, and ensure accountability for outcomes
- Manage the setup and onboarding of employee benefit programs with carriers and vendors
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits brokerage, benefits administration, or implementation roles
- Demonstrated experience leading client onboarding or implementation projects
- Experience advising on benefits administration and platform configuration
- Active Life & Health insurance license preferred
- Strong analytical skills and client relationship management experience
