Life/Health Licensed Broker Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Broker Sales Support Specialist I to assist with commission and contracting inquiries for Ambetter Brokers and the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle provider issues raised by brokers via calls or emails
• Research commission issues and determine payment eligibility for brokers
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member-related issues and ensure documentation is completed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of customer service or health insurance industry experience
• Department of Insurance Life/Health License required or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
