Job Summary
Delivering independent client support, the full-time Life & Health Licensed Client Associate will manage complex service tasks, support renewals, and respond to client inquiries with limited oversight while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Independently perform core client service tasks across onboarding, renewals, and ongoing support
- Serve as a technical resource for HRIS and enrollment platforms, benefits communications, and reporting
- Review benefit contracts and respond to complex client questions while managing lifecycle tasks
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Technical application skills in OE guide applications
- General understanding of the client lifecycle
- Life & Health License: must take and pass within state-required timing
