Job Summary

Serving as a strategic advisor to clients, the hybrid Life & Health Licensed Senior Consultant will manage employee benefit programs for mid-to-large market clients, focusing on plan design, compliance, and vendor management while collaborating with HR and finance leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic consulting on employee benefit plans, including design, funding, and compliance
• Lead client meetings and annual planning processes in partnership with internal teams
• Analyze claims data to identify cost drivers and develop actionable recommendations for clients

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in employee benefits consulting or a related role
• Strong knowledge of health and welfare plan design and compliance
• Exceptional client relationship management skills
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and provide strategic insights
• Licensed in Life & Health or ability to obtain upon hire
