Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Product Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact for the assigned association, providing insights and support to internal teams and members
- Own and resolve complex account issues, policy questions, and escalations requiring advanced analysis and follow-up
- Collaborate across various departments to support end-to-end case resolution and process improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience
- Experience in customer service, insurance, financial services, or a related field
- Ability to deliver exceptional service and build trust through professionalism and sound judgment
- Proficiency with CRM tools and internal systems
- Willingness to obtain Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses as required
