Life & Health Licensing Representative

Job Summary

Supporting agents in the field, the fully remote Licensing & Contracting Representative will process carrier applications, address commission inquiries, and provide essential back-office support to enhance agent operations and boost sales.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls as needed
• Respond to agent emails via a Ticket System and assist with various inquiries
• Promote and support Health product sales while maintaining positive relationships with assigned accounts

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service and call center experience
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, specifically Life & Health
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Background in account management
