Job Summary

As a fully remote opportunity, the Offshore Business Process Operations Manager will lead operational transition efforts in the Employee Health & Benefits area, partnering with onshore and offshore teams to ensure effective process design, implementation, and stabilization.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct discovery for identified work targeted for offshore transition
  • Lead implementation activities and transition coordination
  • Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, and knowledge articles
Required qualifications
  • College Degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
  • Seven years of experience in the Employee Benefits and Health Insurance industry
  • Leadership experience
  • Proven ability to influence others at all levels of the organization
  • Strong operational leadership and transition management capabilities
