Job Summary
As a fully remote opportunity, the Offshore Business Process Operations Manager will lead operational transition efforts in the Employee Health & Benefits area, partnering with onshore and offshore teams to ensure effective process design, implementation, and stabilization.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discovery for identified work targeted for offshore transition
- Lead implementation activities and transition coordination
- Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, and knowledge articles
Required qualifications
- College Degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
- Seven years of experience in the Employee Benefits and Health Insurance industry
- Leadership experience
- Proven ability to influence others at all levels of the organization
- Strong operational leadership and transition management capabilities
