Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Product - Life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver product strategy, design, and development for the Life Product Line
• Lead research and competitive intelligence to inform product design strategies and maintain industry knowledge
• Direct product development and maintenance, ensuring successful launch and operational readiness

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Undergraduate degree in business or related field; MBA preferred
• Insurance and/or professional designations such as Chartered Financial Consultant or Chartered Life Underwriter
• 7-10 years of experience in life insurance product/business development
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Strong technical knowledge of products and regulatory frameworks
