Life Insurance Brokerage Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brokerage Director specializing in Life Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage relationships with financial professionals to drive insurance product sales
• Enhance relationships with insurance agents, broker-dealers, and producer groups while recruiting new partners
• Provide case design and sales presentation support, collaborating with various teams for product recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in life insurance sales, wholesaling, or brokerage management
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Life, Variable Life, Series 6 or 7, and/or Series 24 or 63 licenses required
• Familiarity with CRM/Sales Force tools and the Life Insurance Underwriting process
• Demonstrated success in working with financial professionals in a brokerage capacity
