Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brokerage Director specializing in Life Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage relationships with financial professionals to drive product sales
• Enhance relationships with insurance agents, broker-dealers, and producer groups
• Provide expert case design and sales presentation support while collaborating with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years in life insurance sales, wholesaling, or brokerage territory management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Life, Variable Life, Series 6 or 7, and/or Series 24 or 63 licenses required
• Familiarity with CRM/Sales Force tools and the Life Insurance Underwriting process
• Proven success in working with financial professionals in a brokerage capacity
