Job Summary

Providing case design support, the full-time Life Insurance Case Design Analyst will develop quotes and illustrations for financial professionals, conduct client needs assessments, and deliver comprehensive support to agents in a hybrid or fully remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored case design solutions through consultations, aligning with client objectives and funding strategies
• Evaluate insurability and develop recommendations while documenting interactions in the CRM system
• Proactively follow up on revenue opportunities and collaborate with advisors to enhance their business growth

Required qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of life insurance products and planning techniques
• Extensive experience providing sales desk support in a brokerage agency or similar environment
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry organizations
• Experience with illustration platforms such as Winflex Web and CRM systems like Salesforce
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education preferred
