Life Insurance Case Design Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial professionals, the full-time Life Insurance Case Design Analyst will provide case design support by developing quotes, creating illustrations, and conducting fact-finding to assess client needs, all while working remotely Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm CT.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored case design solutions through consultations, aligning with client objectives and carrier strengths
• Evaluate insurability and develop original solutions, providing alternative illustrations to enhance recommendations
• Document interactions in the CRM system, follow up on cases, and proactively reach out to advisors to identify new opportunities

Required qualifications:

• Thorough knowledge of life insurance products and planning techniques
• Extensive experience providing sales desk support in a brokerage agency or home office environment
• Experience with illustration platforms such as Winflex Web and Ensight, and proficiency in Salesforce
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training preferred
• Life & Health License preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
