Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life Insurance Case Manager to assist advisors throughout the underwriting and requirement-gathering process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an individual caseload of life insurance applications through underwriting approval and placement
  • Coordinate with internal departments and insurance carriers to resolve outstanding requirements and provide case status updates
  • Build relationships with advisors, regional offices, and underwriting teams to enhance the customer experience

Required Qualifications and Education
  • High school graduate required; college degree preferred
  • Ideally 3+ years of life insurance industry experience, preferably in a Case Management role or brokerage agency setting
  • Basic knowledge of life insurance products is required; running quotes and illustrations is preferred
  • Life and Health License or Certified Case Manager certification is a plus
