Job Summary
A company is looking for a Life Insurance Case Manager to assist advisors throughout the underwriting and requirement-gathering process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an individual caseload of life insurance applications through underwriting approval and placement
- Coordinate with internal departments and insurance carriers to resolve outstanding requirements and provide case status updates
- Build relationships with advisors, regional offices, and underwriting teams to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school graduate required; college degree preferred
- Ideally 3+ years of life insurance industry experience, preferably in a Case Management role or brokerage agency setting
- Basic knowledge of life insurance products is required; running quotes and illustrations is preferred
- Life and Health License or Certified Case Manager certification is a plus
