Life Insurance Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relationship Case Manager to manage life, LTC, and DI applications while facilitating communication between various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process life insurance applications for accuracy and completeness
• Monitor case status and communicate updates to agents and partners
• Negotiate with carriers to secure optimal underwriting offers

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in Life Insurance New Business or related fields
• Familiarity with medical and financial underwriting terminology is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based management systems
• Industry designations (e.g., NAILBA, FLMI, CLU) are advantageous
