Life Insurance Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life Insurance New Business Case Manager (CST Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an individual caseload of life insurance applications from underwriting approval through issue and placement
• Serve as the primary contact for case-related matters, coordinating with advisors and insurance carriers
• Develop a strong understanding of life insurance carrier processes and advocate for advisors and insured clients

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of two years of experience in life insurance case management
• Strong working knowledge of life insurance case processing
• Life & Health license preferred
• Ability to support team objectives while also working independently
