Job Summary

Driving exceptional customer experience, the full-time remote Life Insurance Case Manager will manage insurance applications during the underwriting process, collaborating with sales teams and insurance carriers to provide agents and financial advisors with ongoing support and problem resolution.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain primary ownership of insurance applications throughout the underwriting process
  • Act as the primary point of contact for agents and financial advisors, providing case status updates and resolving issues
  • Train and mentor junior team members while leading initiatives to enhance growth and efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Over 7 years of experience as a brokerage Life Insurance Case Manager
  • Experience with multiple carrier insurance products
  • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to negotiate underwriting offers on cases less than 10K
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
