Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and catalog incoming complaints, including documentation and research
- Lead the resolution of complaints by collaborating with customers and agencies
- Create detailed response letters and consult with management on escalated concerns
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in Compliance or Operations, with an emphasis on written communications
- 2 years of experience with Indexed Universal Life Insurance
- High school diploma required
- Ability to make impactful decisions and remain calm in escalated situations
- Strong relationship-building skills
