Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Complaint Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage and catalog incoming complaints, including documentation and research
  • Lead the resolution of complaints by collaborating with customers and agencies
  • Create detailed response letters and consult with management on escalated concerns
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in Compliance or Operations, with an emphasis on written communications
  • 2 years of experience with Indexed Universal Life Insurance
  • High school diploma required
  • Ability to make impactful decisions and remain calm in escalated situations
  • Strong relationship-building skills
