Job Summary
A company is looking for an Individual Life Insurance Complaint Analyst - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and document incoming complaints, including research and call notes
- Lead the resolution of complaints by collaborating with customers and agencies
- Create detailed response letters and consult with management on escalated concerns
Required Qualifications and Education
- College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 3-5 years in Compliance or Operations with an emphasis in written communications
- 2 years of Indexed Universal Life Insurance experience required
- High school diploma required
- MS Excel experience is a plus
