Job Summary

A company is looking for an Individual Life Insurance Complaint Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and document incoming complaints, including research and call notes
  • Lead the resolution of complaints by collaborating with customers and agencies
  • Create detailed response letters and consult with management on escalated concerns
Required Qualifications and Education
  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 3-5 years in Compliance or Operations with an emphasis in written communications
  • 2 years of Indexed Universal Life Insurance experience required
  • High school diploma required
  • MS Excel experience is a plus
