Managing complex life insurance complaints remotely, the full-time Individual Life Insurance Complaint Resolution Specialist will investigate customer concerns, synthesize information into clear findings, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and fair resolutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage complex life insurance complaints from intake through closure
  • Investigate customer concerns by reviewing documentation and analyzing information from multiple sources
  • Draft professional response letters and case documentation for customers and stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Compliance, Operations, legal support, or customer resolution
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly
  • Strong research and critical thinking skills for investigating issues and identifying gaps
  • Life insurance or annuity experience preferred
  • High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
