Job Summary

To support applicants through the life insurance application and underwriting process, the part-time Life Insurance Customer Care Advisor will provide exceptional service via phone and email, guiding customers from application submission to policy approval in a remote, temp-to-hire role.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist customers with new life insurance applications and underwriting-related inquiries
  • Deliver high-quality omni-channel support while maintaining service level expectations
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on pending requests
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer service representative experience
  • Experience using CRM systems and customer support tools
  • Life insurance experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must not miss any time during the 4-6 weeks of training
