Job Summary

Supporting policyholders post-issuance, the temp-to-hire Life Insurance Customer Care Advisor will handle inbound inquiries related to active life insurance policies, assist with servicing needs, and deliver exceptional customer support in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding active life insurance policies
  • Assist policyholders with servicing tasks such as address changes, billing inquiries, and beneficiary updates
  • Deliver exceptional support across phone, chat, and email channels while documenting interactions accurately
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer service/contact center experience, preferably in life insurance or financial services
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer support environment
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and manage competing priorities
  • Prior experience supporting insurance servicing operations (preferred)
