Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Life Insurance Customer Specialist will manage inbound calls related to policy inquiries, assist agents and policyowners, and maintain knowledge of company products while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and provide support on policy values, coverage options, and various customer inquiries
- Maintain a working knowledge of company products and procedures, ensuring compliance with service standards
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate efficient customer service and resolve issues proactively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with agents and policyowners
- Proficiency in navigating multiple information systems and screens
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to frequent changes
