Job Summary
A company is looking for a Life Insurance Center Support professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Perform account updates and maintain accurate documentation of inquiries
- Assist in day-to-day operations and support training for less experienced staff
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Two years of customer service and call center experience
- 1+ years of life insurance customer service experience
- Experience in financial, investment, insurance, or banking services is a plus
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
