Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Perform account updates and maintain accurate documentation of inquiries
  • Assist in day-to-day operations and support training for less experienced staff
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • Two years of customer service and call center experience
  • 1+ years of life insurance customer service experience
  • Experience in financial, investment, insurance, or banking services is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions
